EK Knives
A Sarajevo knifemaker turning out handmade blades from a workshop in Ilidža — practical kitchen and outdoor knives made by hand, one at a time.
EK Knives is a small Sarajevo workshop making handmade knives by hand — kitchen blades, outdoor and utility knives finished one piece at a time. It's the kind of craft-driven, made-in-BiH object that makes a lasting souvenir or a serious working tool, a contemporary cousin to the city's older metalworking trades around Baščaršija.
The workshop is in Ilidža, southwest of the centre, at Ustanička 28. Follow the work or get in touch through their Instagram before visiting.
Why go
- Handmade knives crafted one at a time
- Kitchen, outdoor and utility blades
- Made in Sarajevo — a modern take on local metalwork
- A genuine, lasting made-in-BiH souvenir
It's a working workshop in Ilidža, not a high-street shop — message them on Instagram first to check what's available and arrange a visit.
